PERSONAL DATA POLICY
Data Liability – We take your data protection seriously
We process personal data and have therefore adopted this privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data. To protect your personal data in the best possible way, we continuously assess the level of risk that our data processing may adversely affect your fundamental rights. In particular, we are attentive to the risk of discrimination, identity theft, financial loss, reputational damage, or breach of confidentiality.
If our decisions depend on processing sensitive personal data or your civil registration number (CPR), we carry out a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) to evaluate the consequences for your privacy. This assessment is completed before we begin processing.

FAIR & TRANSPARENT DATA PROCESSING
We ensure fair and transparent data processing.
When we ask you to provide personal data, we inform you about:
– what data we process,
– for what purpose,
– and on what legal basis.
This applies both when we collect data directly and when we receive it from third parties. You will be informed no later than 10 days after we receive data from others.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We use your information to ensure the quality of our services and products, as well as in our communication with you. The data we typically process includes:

– Sensitive data: e.g. information about health or trade union membership, processed only with your consent or another valid legal basis (cf. GDPR Article 9(2))
We only process data that is necessary and relevant for the specified purpose. Where possible, we use anonymised or pseudonymised data.

CONSENT
Where processing is based on consent, you will receive clear information about what you are consenting to. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal only applies going forward.
We record and document all consents. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent – e.g. via links in emails or by contacting us.
USE OF DATA PROCESSORS
We use approved data processors for services such as hosting, email services, and analytics. Data processors act solely on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes. Data processing agreements are in place with all our suppliers in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
TRANSFER TO THIRD COUNTRIES
We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA unless valid transfer mechanisms are in place – for example, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
STORAGE AND DELETION
We retain your information for as long as it is necessary for the relevant purpose. It is then securely deleted. Storage periods are assessed regularly and comply with legal obligations, such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

We have internal policies and technical measures in place to protect your data from loss, unauthorised access, or misuse. We apply access controls, logging, and encryption where relevant.

You have the following rights:
– Right of access to your data
